In the conference hall of the main building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, an acquaintance with the new literary and philosophical work of the Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Ömrümiň manysy took place. 

The event was attended by the heads and representatives of the structural divisions of the complex, teachers of Yagshygeldy Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas and the trade union organization of the oil and gas complex. 

Opening the celebration, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shahym Abdrahmanov stressed that for the first time the work of the Hero-Arkadag had been presented by the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at a government meeting on April 29. The head of state noted that the new philosophical and literary work combined the national leader’s memoirs about significant stages of his life, valuable thoughts and reflections. A special place is given to the history of the homeland, the primordially national spiritual and moral values ​​and noble traditions, created by wise ancestors and passed down by the Turkmen people from one generation to another for millennia, and modern achievements of the independent Motherland. 

Highlighting the importance of the book Ömrümiň Manysy, published in the year passing under the motto “The Era of the People with Arkadag”, the esteemed President had expressed confidence that the work would become a spiritual guide for the people of Turkmenistan along the way to achieving high goals set for the next 30 years of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, said the Deputy Prime Minister. 

The Deputy Prime Minister Shahym Abdrahmanov also stressed that the birth of a new work, which had taken a worthy place among the significant creations of the Hero-Arkadag, would become an inexhaustible source of inspiration and an impulse for high aspirations and noble deeds of every patriot of the country. 

The new work of the Hero-Arkadag was essentially a confidential conversation between the author and his readers about the ancient history and fate of his beloved Motherland, its proud and beautiful people and the achievements of independent neutral Turkmenistan, the State Minister of Turkmenistan – Chairman of the Turkmengaz State Concern Batyr Amanov continued in his speech. 

Speaking about the compositional features of the new edition, he noted that the book consisted of several chapters, the titles of which reflect its deep content: “The Culture of Being”; “Word about Faith”; “Primordial Principles, Rooted Deep into the Millennia”; “A Look into the Past”; “Pilgrimage to Holy Mecca and Medina”; “Spiritual and Moral School of the Nation”. 

As the Minister emphasized, the Hero-Arkadag in his new work made an extremely important conclusion, according to which the human dimension was the main criterion for the nature of the internal reforms of the Turkmen society and its foreign policy, and that it was the priority of universal values and the highest ideals of humanism and justice forming the basis of the policy of neutral Turkmenistan in the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State. 

In turn, the Chairman of the Türkmennebit State Concern Guvanch Agajanov noted the enduring importance of the book Ömrümiň Manysy in the upbringing and education of the younger generation of Turkmen citizens and in the formation of their patriotic beliefs and moral ideals. 

The Chairman of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation Merdan Roziyev highlighted the cognitive significance of the new work of the Hero-Arkadag, which was the result of in-depth research work on numerous historical sources, documents and works of outstanding representatives of science and culture. It was noted that the book would be widely demanded by historians, philosophers. political scientists, art and culture experts, teachers and students. 

The participants of the celebration also noted the high artistic features of the new edition, which is distinguished by a variety of themes and characters, the richness, freshness and clarity of language, the metaphorical nature of maxims, proverbs and sayings used in it, wise sayings of philosophers and outstanding personalities of the past. All that increased the value and significance of the work, which, no doubt, would serve as a key to understanding the rich spiritual world of the Turkmen, the speakers said. 

With a feeling of high inspiration and gratitude, those present listened to the wonderful lines of the new work of the Hero-Arkadag. 

The participants congratulated the Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and all Turkmen citizens on the release of the new book. 

The high festive atmosphere of the celebration was supported by performances of popular singers and musicians of the Cultural and Business Centre of the Türkmengaz State Concern. 

At the end of the solemn presentation, its participants adopted their Appeal to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and to the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, expressing gratitude for the ongoing policy of peace and creation and wishing good health, long life and every success in their work for the benefit of the people and the country. Those present assured that the employees of the fuel and energy complex would make every effort to implement the tasks set before them for the sake of the power and prosperity of their beloved Motherland.
