The production enterprise «Shatlyk», located along the main gas pipeline Dovletabat – Deryalyk, is one of the leading production enterprises of the «Dashoguzgazakdyrysh» department.  More than 300 specialists work here, who carry out technical control of the supply and pressure of natural gas to consumers.

The natural gas extracted from the Dovletabat and Galkynysh fields flows freely into the main gas pipeline.  The length of high-pressure gas pipelines serviced by the Shatlyk production enterprise is 642 km.  For uninterrupted supply of natural gas to consumers, planned measures for the repair, modernization and reconstruction of gas pipelines are consistently carried out.

So, recently, at 21-22 km of the second branch of the main gas pipeline, at a section of 420 meters, the company's specialists carried out repair work to eliminate damage to the external insulation of the gas pipeline.  Currently, it is planned to replace pipes at 322 meters of the gas pipeline.

The specialists of the company's services also carry out constant and strict control over the accounting of pressure and volumes of natural gas supplied to consumers.

It should also be noted the activity of the electrochemical protection service of the enterprise.  The work of protecting gas pipelines from corrosion is very important and the specialists of this service take their duties seriously.  In accordance with the technical regulations, service employees conduct periodic inspections of gas pipelines, which in turn prevents corrosion of pipes and preserves their protective potential.
