Students of Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University from July 1 to July 10 undergo training practice as part of the educational program "Summer Energy Camp for Foreign Students", organized by the University of Khalifa in the city of Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.
As reported on the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the main goal of educational and production practice is to learn the production activities of ADNOC, as well as to study the experience of Khalifa University in the field of educational and research activities.
During the internship, Turkmen students get acquainted in detail with modern oil and gas technologies used at the University of Khalifa, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the energy industry, research activities carried out in the university's laboratories, advanced production methods, as well as visit training centers and museums.
It is planned to increase hydrocarbon production in Balkan region
In the Balkan region, a key region in the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan, it is planned to increase natural gas production to 11 billion cubic meters per year by 2025.
