The Human Resources Department of the State Concern "Turkmengas" conducted a methodological seminar at the Research Institute of Natural Gas. The event was attended by heads of personnel services, responsible employees, and specialized specialists from the Concern's subordinate enterprises. The main goal of the meeting was the comprehensive improvement of personnel work. Participants discussed in detail the implementation of digital systems in record-keeping, effective protection of workers' rights, and the proper maintenance of regulatory documentation. Special emphasis was placed on the adaptation of young specialists who have graduated from higher and secondary professional educational institutions. To help them master their profession more quickly and gain the necessary experience, the Concern actively relies on the deeply rooted national tradition of mentoring.

As noted in the speeches, care for people and the creation of conditions for their self-fulfillment remain an unwavering priority of state policy. In independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan, large-scale national programs aimed at the well-being of citizens are being consistently implemented.
