The "Turkmenistan – Country of Health and High Spirit" sports week took place at the capital's residential complex for oil and gas industry workers. Representatives from the state-owned concerns Turkmengas, Turkmennebit, and the state corporation Turkmengeology competed for the title of best in competitions organized by the Council of Trade Unions of the Industry.
The tournament, which brought together both professional athletes and active youth, lasted seven days. The complex's modern courts hosted intense competition in nine disciplines: table tennis, tennis, chess, checkers, the national game of duzum, tug-of-war, high jump, kettlebell lifting, and darts.
For all enthusiasts of active leisure, this event was a true celebration. It's worth noting that this year, the number of enthusiasts eager to demonstrate their skills and strengthen corporate cohesion has increased significantly. This massive turnout is a clear indication that the esteemed President's commitment to developing physical fitness, a worthy continuation of the efforts of Hero-Arkadag, is resonating with the public. A healthy lifestyle is becoming an integral part of life in our country.
The final matches, held with great enthusiasm and fair competition, determined the leaders. The winners were presented with certificates of honor and valuable gifts from the organizers in a ceremonial setting.

An industrial flow of natural gas was obtained from a well drilled by the team of the Lebapnebitgazgözleg Expedition of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation at Tachmuradov site. This will be a worthy gift from the united team of the Expedition for the forthcoming large-scale holiday – the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.

Since the beginning of 2025, the “Nebitgazchykarysh” Trust of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” has produced 1 million 278 thousand 817 tons of "black gold". Much of the credit for this goes to the drillers of the “Nebitgazburawlayysh” Trust, who have drilled 57 thousand 246 meters of production wells and 16 thousand 51 meters of exploratory wells since the beginning of the year.
