The Marynebitgazgozleg expedition is one of the largest and most technologically equipped divisions of the state concern "Turkmengeology". The expedition team achieved significant results in drilling, successfully surpassing the planned plans. With the drilling volumes planned in 2025 of 10,300 meters, the company's specialists carried out drilling work in the amount of 13,099 meters, demonstrating a high level of efficiency.
Thus, great success was achieved when drilling a well at the Hazarly-2 gas field, located in the western part of the Bovrydyshek region in the Dashoguz region. At a depth of 3 thousand meters, the drillers managed to obtain an industrial flow of natural gas. The productive layer was found at a depth of 2,755 to 2,739 meters, and the daily flow rate of the well amounted to 163.4 thousand cubic meters of gas. These results indicate the high potential of the region and the possibility of its further development.
Important in achieving such results is played by modern equipment and technologies. Providing high-quality tools and equipment allows drillers and geologists to perform work at the highest level corresponding to international standards. This became possible thanks to the constant support from the government of Turkmenistan, which is actively investing in the development of the oil and gas industry.
Currently, employees of Marynebitgazgozleg are actively working at the South Yoloten fields and other promising facilities in the Balkan and Mary regions. The drillers carry out successful drilling at the research well No. 34 of the South Yoloten field, deepening it by 3 thousand 164 meters, and also continue to work on other promising areas in other regions of Turkmenistan.
