The Turkmennebit State Concern held a conference dedicated to the 2026 motto: "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Purposeful Winged Steeds”.

The 2026 motto, "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Purposeful Winged Steeds," represents a comprehensive development program and testifies to the inextricable connection between eras and generations.

The 2026 motto symbolizes the country's aspirations for progress and sustainable development, as well as the special role of the Akhal-Teke horse as a national treasure. Speakers at the ceremonial conference warmly congratulated Hero-Arkadag and Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as all compatriots, on the proclamation of the 2026 motto "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”.
