In honor of the celebration of International Neutrality Day and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree declaring December 11, 12, and 13, 2025, non-working days.
The corresponding document was published on December 6 in central media outlets in Turkmenistan.
As noted in the decree, this decision was made to create favorable conditions for the solemn celebration of this significant date and ensure adequate rest for the population.
All departments, enterprises, and organizations in the country, regardless of their form of ownership, are responsible for implementing the decree.
