President instructed the SC "Turkmengeology" to ensure effective exploration of oil and gas fields

On November 14, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital means, where a number of state matters were discussed, TDH reports.

During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the progress of oil and natural gas exploration by the State Corporation "Turkmengeology".

As noted, Turkmen geologists are taking appropriate steps to identify underground reserves of natural resources using powerful equipment, seismic equipment, and software systems.

In this regard, it was reported that seismic exploration work in the provinces has revealed several structures.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that productive activities are being carried out in the country to explore and develop oil and gas fields, and instructed the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" to continue work aimed at more effective exploration of oil and natural gas fields.
