President of Turkmenistan: CIET-2025 International Forum Significant for Demonstrating Country's Industrial Potential

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed the participants of the International Exhibition and Conference "Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical, and Energy Industries of Turkmenistan" (CIET-2025), which opened in Avaza on November 3.
"The international exhibition and conference, organized in the run-up to the 30th anniversary of independent Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, are of great importance for demonstrating the country's industrial potential and implementing priority programs for national economic development," the President stated in a statement published on the TDH website.
"I am firmly convinced that this important event held in Avaza will contribute to the industrialization and socioeconomic development of the regions, the introduction of modern technologies in the complex, and the active implementation of the digital economy concept," the head of state noted.
"Turkmenistan is a building country." Modern residential complexes are currently being built everywhere… new model cities, towns, and modern villages have emerged. Over the years of independence, our Fatherland has become a vast construction site. The rapid construction of the Arkadag smart city, unique in the region, serves as a shining example of the great achievements of independent Turkmenistan," emphasized Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
"The chemical industry is one of the most promising and dynamically developing sectors of the national economy, receiving significant investment... Large-scale production of mineral fertilizers and the expansion of their types create conditions for fully meeting the country's agricultural sector's needs for mineral fertilizers and enabling their export abroad," the head of state noted.
The President's address also stated that our country attaches great importance to the accelerated development of the electric power industry, and that large-scale efforts are underway to develop road construction and create new international transport corridors”.
"I am confident that this exhibition and conference will play a significant role in the exchange of experience between domestic specialists and representatives of foreign companies, establishing large-scale cooperation, and discussing mutually beneficial projects”.
The International Exhibition and Conference, held November 3-4 in Avaza on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea, Delegates from 55 countries are participating in CIET-2025, including heads of leading global corporations and representatives of international organizations.
