Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited Vladimir Putin to the International Forum in Ashgabat

During a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 7, Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited him to the International Forum in Ashgabat, TDH reports.
At the beginning of the conversation, the head of state warmly congratulated the Russian leader on his birthday and wished him good health, prosperity, and continued success in his government work in the interests of the Russian people.
Expressing sincere gratitude to Vladimir Putin for his personal attention to the development of interstate dialogue, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Russia is a strategic partner of Turkmenistan and that relations between the two countries are based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, and good-neighborliness.
The Russian leader emphasized the Turkmen leader's significant contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation, which is developing on the principles of friendship and mutual benefit.
As noted, Turkmenistan and Russia are currently successfully cooperating in a wide range of areas. Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that fruitful relations with the regions of the Russian Federation have been established within the framework of interstate dialogue.
Taking this opportunity, the Turkmen leader invited his Russian counterpart to participate in the prestigious Forum of the International Year of Peace and Trust, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's neutrality, which will take place on December 12 in Ashgabat.
Thanking for the invitation, the Russian leader emphasized the crucial role of Turkmenistan's policy, based on positive neutrality, in strengthening regional peace and prosperity.
At the end of the conversation, Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Vladimir Putin exchanged wishes for good health and continued success in their endeavors, as well as well-being and prosperity for the friendly peoples of both countries, TDH reports.
