Businessmen from the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas produced by the SCs Turkmengas and Turkmennebit for foreign currency.
Iodine solution, licorice tea, and cotton yarn and fabric were also sold for foreign currency. The buyers included the UAE, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Türkiye.
The total value of the transactions exceeded $31,066,000.
For the domestic market, local businessmen purchased polypropylene (Turkmennebit) and cotton fiber for a total of over 34 million 636 thousand manats.
