Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported on Tuesday.
Highly commending the current level of comprehensive cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, the head of state emphasized the Russian leader's personal attention and enormous contribution to the development of strategic and friendly relations between the two countries.
"We intend to further expand the time-tested political, trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian ties between our countries," Berdimuhamedov emphasized.
Using this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan wished Vladimir Putin good health, happiness, and success in his work, and the friendly people of the Russian Federation well-being and prosperity, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
