In his address to world leaders, Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that in the current global realities, a decisive shift toward coordinated cooperation among states and international organizations is necessary to achieve the common goal of maintaining peace and security. Serdar Berdimuhamedov also proposed creating a Global Platform for Digital Integration based on the principles of equality and trust, establishing a Regional Center to Combat Desertification for Central Asian countries, holding the Caspian Environmental Forum in 2026, declaring "International Day of Multilingual Diplomacy" and "International Mediation Day," and declaring 2028 the "Year of International Law."
