The presidents of Turkmenistan and Switzerland discussed priority areas of partnership

During a working visit to the United States on September 24, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with President of the Swiss Confederation Karin Keller-Sutter, TDH reports.
The two exchanged views on developing partnerships in trade and investment. Finance, the pharmaceutical industry, and green energy were identified as promising areas of cooperation.
As noted, relations between Turkmenistan and Switzerland are consistently expanding based on mutual understanding, respect, and friendly dialogue. In their international activities, Turkmenistan and Switzerland rely on the principles of neutrality, which serves as a solid foundation for expanding international cooperation and strengthening peace and stability.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited Karin Keller-Sutter to participate in the High-Level International Forum on the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality, which will take place on December 12 in Ashgabat.
Expressing gratitude for the invitation, the Swiss President noted the importance of Turkmenistan's neutrality policy and the concrete initiatives it has put forward to expand international dialogue and develop humanitarian cooperation.
