Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday.
"Dear Serdar Gurbangulyevich! Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on your birthday.
Relations between Russia and Turkmenistan are characterized by a deep strategic partnership, and you personally make a significant contribution to their development," stated Vladimir Putin's letter, published on September 22 on the TDH website.
"We will undoubtedly continue our active joint work on pressing issues on the bilateral and international agenda for the benefit of our friendly peoples, in the interests of ensuring security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region," the Russian President wrote.
In conclusion, Vladimir Putin wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, happiness, and continued success in his public life.
