President of Turkmenistan approves proposal to modernize Seydi Oil Refinery facilities

On September 5, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, where a number of issues of state life were considered, TDH reports.

During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the modernization of oil refineries of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" and the establishment of new production facilities.

As reported, measures are currently being taken to fully utilize the plants subordinate to the concern, in particular, to ensure the smooth operation of the production facilities of the Seydi Oil Refinery.

In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal for consideration by the head of state.

After hearing the report, Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the need to carry out proper work to effectively use the production capacities of oil refineries under the jurisdiction of the State Concern "Turkmennebit". Having approved the proposal to modernize a number of facilities of the Seydi Oil Refinery, the head of state addressed specific instructions to the Vice-Chairman.
