Russia and Turkmenistan are committed to developing trade and economic cooperation, including in the field of transport, logistics and energy projects, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said following talks with Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov, Interfax reports.
"Our conversation today confirmed the firm mutual commitment - of both Russia and Turkmenistan - to expand trade and economic cooperation, implement joint projects in the transport, logistics, infrastructure and energy sectors," Lavrov said at a press conference following talks held in Moscow on Thursday.
