The Expedition’s specialists are making a significant contribution to expanding the list of discovered natural resources and discovering new productive oil and gas fields in the country’s regions. In their complex and responsible work, they make extensive use of powerful and cutting-edge technology and modern innovative equipment purchased abroad on the instructions of the head of state.
There is a popular saying, “It’s not the master who works, but the tool.” This demonstrates that in any work, the tool or equipment is of paramount importance. As noted above, the Expedition’s facilities are regularly being modernized. Just at the end of last year, the prospect team received five Nomad-65 Neo vibratory systems from the French company Sercel and a new 508 XT seismic station. It is worth noting that our country has been successfully collaborating with this renowned company, supplying powerful, high-performance equipment for many years.
