19 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas and urea (SC “Turkmenchemistry”).
Also, for foreign currency, representatives of business circles from Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia purchased plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn and fabric, purified cotton waste, and cotton fiber.
The total amount of transactions amounted to over 96 million 517 thousand US dollars.
Local businessmen purchased polypropylene, base oil, mixed paraffin slack (SC "Turkmennebit"), as well as float glass and cotton yarn for a total of 87 million 107 thousand manats for the domestic market.
