In accordance with the instruction of the esteemed President, in order to improve the work on raising the professional level of specialists and workers in the oil and gas industry of our country and within the framework of expanding educational opportunities for training specialists in the region, the velayat branch of the training center of the Türkmengaz State Concern was opened in the Mary oil and gas secondary vocational school in September last year. Short-term advanced training courses were launched from the first days of the opening of the branch. Over the past year, six hundred and thirty specialists and workers from directorates and enterprises of the oil and gas industry have improved their professional level in the training branch. They were awarded certificates of completion of advanced training. Most of them are specialists and workers of organizations and enterprises of the Türkmengaz State Concern and oil and gas exploration expeditions of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation, operating in the regions of the country.
The branch conducts short-term advanced training courses to distinguish and rank workers by labor, to improve and raise the qualifications of specialists and workers in the oil and gas industry and other sectors of the national economy. The training is conducted according to a newly developed curriculum in classrooms and laboratories supplied with the latest technologies from leading companies in the world, equipment controlled by a digital system, displays, video projectors and interactive boards, all of which determine the effectiveness of each lesson.
