In the development of the gas industry in our country, many outstanding specialists and organizations took part. Among them were geologists, engineers, builders, as well as organizations and enterprises engaged in the production, transportation and processing of gas. Their efforts created an infrastructure that made it possible to reveal the enormous gas potential of the country. In this context, the name of Murad Hojaniyazov, who devoted many years of his life to work in the gas industry and made a great contribution to its development, is also among the first to be mentioned.
After finishing secondary school, Murad Hojaniyazov entered the then Turkmen Polytechnic Institute in 1966, where he successfully studied and mastered the specialty of geology and exploration of oil and gas fields. As is known, in the early sixties of the last century, large-scale geological exploration work was carried out in our country, including the Lebap velayat, to identify natural gas deposits.
