Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin is convinced that further expansion of cooperation between Russia and Turkmenistan fully meets the interests of both countries. Mishustin wrote about this in a letter to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in which he congratulated the Turkmen leader on the holiday of Novruz.

"Dear Serdar Gurbangulyevich, on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of Novruz Bayramy. This spring holiday symbolizes unity, good traditions, reminds us of the value of peace, friendship and mutual understanding," Mishustin's letter, published in the central media of our country, says.

"I note with satisfaction the progressive development of Russian-Turkmen relations in the spirit of friendship, mutual respect and strategic partnership. I am convinced that further expansion of practical cooperation fully meets the interests of Russia and Turkmenistan," Mikhail Mishustin wrote. The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov “good health and new successes in his responsible work, and prosperity and happiness to all citizens of Turkmenistan”.
