Fuel and energy products sold to the UAE, Turkey and Afghanistan at exchange trades

23 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Afghanistan purchased base oil, aviation kerosene, liquefied gas produced at the technological units of the State Concern "Turkmennebit", as well as sodium chloride, urea, ECO 93 gasoline produced by the State Concern "Türkmenchemistry", and oil waste residues for foreign currency.

Licorice roots and rhizomes, assorted terry products, denim fabric, cotton yarn, tea drink with licorice root were also sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: Germany, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine.

The total amount of transactions was over 29 million 355 thousand US dollars.

Local entrepreneurs purchased thick licorice root extract for the domestic market for 4 million 200 thousand manats.
