On February 21, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, the agenda of which included a number of issues of state life, TDH reports.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the work being done to strengthen the human resources potential of the oil and gas complex.
As the Vice-Chairman noted, in order to successfully solve the problems associated with the diversification of one of the key sectors of the national economy - the fuel and energy industry, the introduction of modern technologies, the necessary measures are being taken to train specialized specialists and improve their qualifications.
In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal for consideration by the President of Turkmenistan.
After hearing the report, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that one of the key tasks for organizing the activities of the country's oil and gas complex at a modern level is the training of professional specialists, including those with international work experience. Having approved the submitted proposal, the President of Turkmenistan instructed the Vice-Chairman to take appropriate measures in this direction.
