11 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates purchased petroleum road bitumen produced at the technological installations of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" for foreign currency.

Entrepreneurs from the UAE and Turkey also purchased denim fabric and cotton fiber for foreign currency.

The total amount of transactions amounted to over 2 million 405 thousand US dollars.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene and petroleum road bitumen (SC "Turkmennebit"), as well as thick licorice root extract for a total of 67 million 450 thousand manats.
