President of Turkmenistan approves proposal to increase number of petrol stations

On January 31, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, where a number of priority issues of state life were considered, TDH reports.

During the meeting, Vice- Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on measures aimed at further improving the quality of services for providing consumers with petroleum products.

As noted, as part of the country's socio-economic development, large-scale work is being carried out to create new residential complexes, industrial zones and various industries in the capital and velayats.

In this regard, noting that effective steps are being taken to further increase the number of service points for consumers of petroleum products, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal for consideration by the President of Turkmenistan.

After hearing the report, the head of state emphasized that modern services for supplying fuel to domestic consumers and transit transport are being created in our country. In order to further improve the services provided, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having approved the submitted proposal, instructed the Vice-Chairman to take appropriate measures in this direction.
