Today, November 6, the next, eleventh summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held in Bishkek, which will be attended by the heads of five OTS member states, as well as leaders of observer countries, including Turkmenistan and Hungary, the News Portal of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Turkmenistan reports.

An important outcome of the meeting will be the transfer of the chairmanship of the OTS for 2025 from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan. This event reflects the dynamic development of cooperation within the organization and is an important step in promoting joint initiatives in the international arena, the source notes.

The main topic of the summit will be "Strengthening the Turkic World: Economic Integration, Sustainable Development, Digital Future and Security for All". The summit participants will discuss the most important issues related to strengthening cooperation between the member states of the OTS, developing economic ties, transition to digital technologies, and strengthening security in the region.

The Organization of Turkic States includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Uzbekistan, with Turkmenistan and Hungary participating in the summit as observers. The meetings of the OTS discuss issues of political, economic and cultural cooperation, as well as security and protection of the interests of member countries in the international arena.
