This was stated by the State Minister of Turkmenistan - Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmengas" Maksat Babayev, speaking at the International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2024".
As part of this initiative, a strategy for the gradual reduction of methane emissions was adopted, which underlines the country's commitment to environmental standards and sustainable development.
