Conference on labor protection was held at the Natural Gas Research Institute

 The Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas hosted a conference “Tasks and rights of trade unions in labor protection”, organized by the State Concern “Turkmengas” together with the Council of Trade Unions of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan.

 During the conference, which was held with the participation of workers of production structures, speeches were made by the Chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan Sapar Ataberdyev, the Chief Technical Inspector of the Department for the Protection of Social and Labor Rights of Trade Union Members of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan Perkhat Ovezov, the Technical Inspector of the Trade Unions of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan Geldimurat Seitiev,  Head of the labor protection and technical safety department of the State Concern «Turkmengas» Ylham Jumageldyev, head of the labor protection and technical safety department of the repair, commissioning and electrical installation department of the «Nebitgazburawlaiysh» trust of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» Bayramsoltan Gurbanova, head of the laboratory of the Natural Gas Research Institute Murad Bayramgylyjov, head of the Central Laboratory department  SC "Turkmengeology" Bayramgozel Italmazova and others.

 As noted in the speeches, in the Epoch of the Revival of a new era of powerful state, through the efforts of the President, new production facilities are being built in all corners of our country - modern organizations and enterprises, where all conditions for safe work and rest are taken into account.  Labor protection is one of the main requirements of modern international law and national legislation.  Accordingly, close attention is paid to solving this urgent problem in our country.

Based on this, modern production facilities in the country regularly carry out activities aimed at labor protection, ensuring compliance with fire, technical and environmental safety rules, as well as industrial sanitation standards and regulations.

 In accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan and in accordance with the Charter of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, trade union organizations carry out consistent effective planned work on public control over the creation of appropriate safe working and rest conditions for workers and specialists.

 The Council of Trade Unions of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan is also carrying out effective work in this direction.  Among them are measures to prevent, explain and prevent as part of monitoring compliance with labor protection and safety rules in the structures of the oil and gas industry.

 During the meeting, a discussion also took place at the Natural Gas Research Institute; participants could exchange opinions, as well as receive answers from specialists from trade union organizations to questions of interest to them.
