In Turkmenistan, April 10 will be a day off in honor of the national holiday “Oraza Bayram”. The corresponding decree of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “On the celebration of Eid al-Adha” was published in the central media of the country.
“In order to further strengthen the unity, harmony and cohesion of the native people, respect for centuries-old traditions and customs, preservation of our spiritual wealth, as well as in accordance with Article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, I decide to hold the National Holiday of the Turkmen people Oraza Bayram on April 10, 2024,” stated in the resolution.
All institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, are ordered to ensure compliance with this decree.
