Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, speaking at the 15th meeting of the Council of Elders of the OTS, said that the Turkic states should begin to create a unified transport strategy.
“In the cooperation of the Turkic states, a priority place is given to the transport sector. We must start creating a unified transport strategy,” Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.
The consolidation of efforts will allow us to reach agreements with our international partners and major investors in this field, the head of the People's Council of Turkmenistan continued.
– In this context, I would like to emphasize that the strategy of Turkmenistan to restore the Great Silk Road is very important. In this direction, the main role belongs to the Turkic states, - Arkadag mentioned.
