Issues of expanding the Turkmen-Chinese partnership discussed in Beijing

 Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China Parahat Durdyev met with the director of the International Educational College of Xi'an Petroleum University and the Silk Road Energy College Ms. Dong Hao in Beijing, Orient reports.

 Noting the rapid development of strategic relations between Turkmenistan and China in the cultural and humanitarian sphere, the parties spoke about the prospects for expanding ties in the field of energy.  In this regard, the Turkmen diplomat emphasized the importance of training in the field of renewable energy sources for Turkmenistan.  In turn, Don Hao spoke about the work carried out in this area at the educational institution, where 16 Turkmen students are currently studying.

 She also added that the Xi'an Petroleum University will cooperate with the International University of Oil and Gas named after Ya. Kakayev.  The program of activities within the framework of the project will be drawn up by the end of February.

 The diplomatic mission also organized a friendly reception for the youth of the two countries and the Lantern Festival in China 2023 at the Sherwood equestrian complex, timed to coincide with the announcement of 2023 as the year of Happy Youth with Arkadagly Serdar.

 Having informed the audience about the large-scale transformations being carried out in our country for the benefit of youth, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China called on students to joint scientific developments, as well as to be in contact with representatives of the Celestial Empire in this matter.
