 26 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

 Businessmen from Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan purchased aviation and lighting kerosene, polypropylene, heating oil, petroleum coke and bitumen produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries for foreign currency.

 Also, Turkish and Serbian entrepreneurs bought a rust and oil cleaner for various metal surfaces and a dry extract of licorice root for foreign currency.

 The total amount of transactions amounted to about 54 million US dollars.

 Representatives of business circles of Great Britain purchased various products of the medical industry for the amount of more than 87,000 manats for manats.

 Domestic businessmen purchased cotton yarn for the local market in the amount of 254.4 thousand US dollars, as well as handmade carpets and cotton fiber in the total amount of more than 1 million 613 thousand manats.
