A number of documents were signed between government agencies and private enterprises of Turkmenistan and foreign partners during the Investment Forum 2026 held in Ashgabat, TDH reports.
These include the following:
An agreement between the Türkmennebit State Concern and the Hybrid Innovation GmbH Company (Federal Republic of Germany);
An agreement between the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern and the Türkmen Enjam Economic Society;
A memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan and the limited liability company OnU H&C (Republic of Korea);
A memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan and the company CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation) International Construction Co., Ltd. (People’s Republic of China);
A memorandum of understanding between the State Committee for Water Management of Turkmenistan and the companies Damen Workboats B.V. and Liamol Trading GmbH regarding cooperation on the further development and improvement of Turkmenistan’s water management system;
A memorandum of understanding between the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern and the company Tianjin Bohua Engineering Co., Ltd. (People’s Republic of China) to foster cooperation in the development of Turkmenistan’s chemical industry;
And a memorandum of understanding between the Open Joint-Stock Company Balkan Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Yard («Balkan gämi gurluşyk we abatlaýyş zawody») and the companies Damen Technical Cooperation B.V. and Liamol Trading GmbH regarding strategic cooperation in shipbuilding, ship repair, marine technologies and local production in Turkmenistan for the 2026–2036 period.
