The ceremony of presenting diplomas to graduates of the Balkanabat Oil Secondary Vocational School of the Türkmennebit State Concern was held.
Speaking at the event, teachers of the educational institution and representatives of public organizations emphasized the priority areas of the state policy on youth implemented by the President of Turkmenistan, which is aimed at educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, humanism, high morality, love and respect for the Motherland, the glorious history of the Turkmen people, the culture, traditions and family values of our people, support for young people in their pursuit of science and education.
