Over the years of independence, new industrial sectors have appeared in the economy of Turkmenistan. The introduction of advanced technologies into production contributed to an increase in the volume of export-oriented goods produced. Such advanced production facilities include a complex of enterprises for the production of liquefied gas at the Naýip gas field in the eastern region of the country. There, from natural gas, an invaluable asset of the Turkmen land, liquefied gas is produced with its significant part exported, and the production of gas condensate, which is a valuable raw material for the Seydi oil refinery, has also been established.
“Such high-tech production in the center of the Karakum sands is inextricably linked with the gaining of independence of our country. This is a visible result of the successful implementation of the program of the industrialization and economic development of our Motherland,” Atageldy Kurbaniyazov, director of the Nayip Complex of the Lebap Liquefied Gas Production Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern says.
