As is known, at an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on July 14, 2023, the Head of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, noting the achievements of all sectors of the national economy, especially emphasised the need for the successful implementation of the adopted development program for the domestic fuel and energy complex, aimed at strengthening its industrial and export capabilities. To achieve positive results in this area, it is necessary, first of all, to identify existing opportunities in the production structures of the sector and to put them into operation. In this regard, the work, carried out in the Goturdepenebit Oil and Gas Production Directorate of the Türkmennebit State Concern, is distinguished by its topicality.
During the years of independence of our homeland, this Directorate, regularly modernized in terms of technical and economic support, continues to take a leading position among the Concern’s enterprises engaged in the production of oil, natural gas, associated gas and gas condensate, the drilling of exploration and production wells, the transportation of hydrocarbons through pipelines, the construction and reconstruction of gas compressor stations, the major and underground repairs of wells and the construction of industrial and cultural facilities.
