The Formula for a calling: the path from ordinary worker to national recognition

During the celebrations, marking the glorious 35th anniversary of the country’s independence, a group of citizens was awarded the Turkmenistan Medal “For Love of the Motherland” in recognition of their long-standing and conscientious service toward the prosperity of the Motherland and their significant contribution to the development of the national oil and gas sector. Among the awardees is Arslan Bayramov, head of the Specialized Operational Directorate for Gas Pipeline Maintenance at the Daşoguzgazakdyryş Directorate of the Türkmengazakdyryş Association, which is part of the Türkmengaz State Concern.

He began his career in June 1993 as a worker at the Düýeboýun-Daşoguz Water Management Construction Directorate, which was active at the time. From 1996 to 2000, A. Bayramov studied at the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute (now the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute), qualifying as a mining engineer-hydrogeologist specializing in hydrogeology and engineering geology. Since then, he has continuously served in various roles across the departments and enterprises of the Daşoguzgazakdyryş Directorate.
