At an extended sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on July 11 this year, the head of state instructed to continue improving the process of oil and gas production, to strengthen the material and technical base of the oil and gas complex and to improve the production of competitive and environmentally friendly goods.

На расширенном заседании Кабинета Министров Туркменистана, состоявшемся 11 июля нынешнего года, глава государства поручил продолжать совершенствовать процесс добычи нефти и газа, укреплять материально-техническую базу нефтегазового комплекса и совершенствовать производство конкурентоспособной и экологически чистой продукции.

Hormatly Prezidentimiz şu ýylyň 11-nji iýulynda geçiren Türkmenistanyň Ministrler Kabinetiniň giňişleýin mejlisinde nebiti we gazy çykarmak işlerini yzygiderli kämilleşdirmegi we nebitgaz toplumynyň maddy-enjamlaýyn binýadyny pugtalandyryp, bäsdeşlige ukyply we ekologik taýdan arassa önümleri öndürmegi dowam etmegi aýratyn tabşyrdy.

In the 1970-1980s, the ranks of highly qualified specialists in the oil and gas industry of our country were replenished with graduates from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute (now the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering), located in Ashgabat.

The production shops of the Mary Deri-Aýakgap Open Joint-Stock Company, established on the basis of the former Mary tannery with the shareholding of the Röwşen private shoe enterprise, which is part of the Ministry of the Textile Industry of Turkmenistan and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, produce footwear, clothing, gloves made of artificial fur and other products for military personnel by orders of the security, defense and law enforcement agencies of the country.

Türkmenistanyň Dokma senagaty ministrliginiň, Türkmenistanyň Senagatçylar we telekeçiler birleşmesiniň agzasy bolan «Röwşen» aýakgaplary hususy kärhanasynyň paýly gatnaşygy esasynda Mary şäheriniň ozalky Gön kärhanasynyň binýadynda esaslandyrylan «Mary deri — aýakgap» açyk görnüşli paýdarlar jemgyýetiniň önümçilik bölümlerinde döwletimiziň harby we hukuk goraýjy edaralarynyň sargytlary esasynda esgerler üçin aýakgaplar, egin-eşikler, emeli sütükli gulakjynlar we beýleki önümler öndürilýär.

Geçen asyryň 70 — 80-nji ýyllarynda paýtagtymyzdaky öňki Türkmen politehniki institutynda (häzirki Türkmen döwlet binagärlik-gurluşyk instituty) nebitçiniň, gazçynyň hünärini alyp gelen ýokary bilimli ýaşlaryň hasabyna pudakda ilkinji milli hünärmenlerimiz ösüp ýetişdi.

В 70-80-х годах прошлого века ряды высококвалифицированных специалистов в нефтегазовой отрасли нашей страны пополнились выпускниками Туркменского политехнического института (ныне Туркменский государственный архитектурно-строительный институт), расположенного в Ашхабаде.

Производственные цеха акционерного общества открытого типа «Mary deri-aýakgap», созданного на базе бывшего Марыйского кожевенного комбината на основе акционерного участия частного обувного предприятия «Ровшен», входящего в систему Министерства текстильной промышленности Туркменистана и Союза промышленников и предпринимателей Туркменистана, производят обувь, одежду, перчатки из искусственного меха и другую продукцию для военнослужащих по заказам военных и правоохранительных органов страны.

The worthy celebration of significant dates and public holidays has become a tradition for industrial enterprises in our country. The united team of the Seydi Oil Refinery also follows this principle and achieves high labor productivity. The results of the past six months of the International Year of Peace and Trust serve as a vivid confirmation of this.

Thanks to the united and responsible work of the specialists and workers of the Gundogargazakdyryş Directorate of the Türkmengazakdyryş Association of the Türkmengaz State Concern, the population of the Mary and Lebap velayats of our country and institutions and enterprises located on their territory are continuously supplied with “blue fuel”. Currently, gas workers of this largest industrial structure service high-pressure gas pipelines with a total length of three thousand eight hundred and eighty-four kilometers.

As in all corners of our country, the population of the Lebap velayat also enjoys the benefits of “blue fuel”. Currently, the number of households enjoying the benefits of natural gas in the region is more than 217.4 thousand. In the first half of the current year, this encouraging figure increased by another 2.2 thousand. The friendly team of the Lebapgazüpjünçilik Directorate makes a worthy contribution to the widespread gasification of the eastern region of the country and to the uninterrupted supply of “blue fuel” to Lebap residents.

Как и во всех уголках нашей страны, население Лебапского велаята также пользуется преимуществами «голубого топлива». В настоящее время число домохозяйств, пользующихся благами природного газа в регионе, составляет более 217,4 тысячи.
