As part of the expansion of the production and logistics infrastructure at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR), the new Kenar berth, designed for the reception, storage, and transportation of oil and petroleum products, has been commissioned.

Its throughput capacity is over 2 million tons per year for loading and over 1 million tons per year for unloading.

The new facility is equipped with modern automated equipment, safety, and fire protection systems, ensuring a high level of reliability and efficiency. The berth has become an important element in diversifying export routes and strengthening Turkmenistan's position in the global energy market.

TCOR produces a wide range of products, including various grades of gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel, lubricating oils, and polypropylene, all meeting international standards.

The modern port of Turkmenbashi plays a key role in the development of the country's oil refining industry and the operation of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. In 2025, the refinery processed over 4.5 million tons of oil and produced over 1 million tons of high-quality gasoline, exceeding its planned output by 6.7 percent.

The launch of the Kenar berth creates additional opportunities for increasing production volumes and ensuring stable supplies of petroleum products to both domestic and foreign markets, according to the Turkmenistan International Information Center.
