Over the years of independence, an entire industrial infrastructure, which is profiled in the extraction and conversion of natural gas, has emerged in the Bagaja field, located in the wilds of the vast Karakum expanses. For several years now, a line for the production of liquefied gas, which is in great demand in the domestic and foreign markets, has been running smoothly at the Bagaja liquefied gas production facility of the Suwuklandyrylan Gazy Öndürmek Boýunça Lebap Önümçilik Directorate of the Turkmengaz State Concern.

Our national leader, who has wisdom and foresight in managing the country, who also has universal appreciation, sets high goals for the fuel and energy sector of our national economy-increasing the amount of "black gold" extracted from the bowels of the earth through the use of modern technologies and methods of oil extraction from oil fields in our country, as well as timely repair and reconstruction of wells, from the point of view of ensuring uninterrupted oil shipment to oil refineries.

The State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya "(formerly the department "Turkmengeologiya", the production association of geological exploration "Turkmengeologiya") was established on October 31, 1938 after the closure of the Central Asian Geological Trust.

Important aspect of the policy pursued by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is the effective use of the potential of the oil and gas industry to ensure the dynamic pace of development of the country.

Another bright event occurred recently at the Malay gas field. An industrial natural gas well was extracted from the next well drilled at the resource site. This important order was successfully fulfilled by the master applicants of the department " Turkmengazburavlayysh "of the State Concern"Turkmengaz".

The results of the international competition for the development and construction of onshore gas field facilities in the western part of the “Bagtyyarlyk” contract territory have been summed up. The competition was organized by the Turkmen branch of the China National Oil Corporation International, the winner was recognized as the company China Petroleum Engineering Construction.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, which is widely celebrated in our country. Among them is the Bayramali oil products enterprise of the "Turkmennebitonumleri" General Directorate of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. In honor of the significant date, the close-knit employees of the leading enterprise built and commissioned a new gas station for the 81st car under construction on the Mary-Turkmenabat international highway.

Efficient use of potential of oil and gas industry is an important aspect of the policy steadily implemented by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
