The Turkmennebit State Concern on behalf of the tender commission announces open international tender No. 220 for the procurement of materials and equipment for the needs of the Turkmennebit State Concern. Only bidders, who are manufacturers of the goods (subject to compliance with the requirements set forth in the tender documentation), are eligible to participate in the tender. To participate in the tender, you are invited to do the following:· to submit a written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details and the information on the company’s activities;· to be acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan “On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services for state needs”, with a vidimus from the “Tender Rules” and a list of documents required to participate in the tender;· to receive a geological and technical assignment and the basic terms of the contract;· to receive an invoice for the payment of funds in the amount of 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) US dollars or the equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and bank expenditures) for participation in the tender.

Any company interested in this tender to be invited to do the following:1. To submit an application about the intention to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details;2. To receive an invoice for the payment for receiving Tender package (ITB). The account for the transfer of funds will be indicated after submitting the application.3. To get the ITB package from the Company, Bidder’s personnel, must present his/her ID/Passport, letter of attorney and the remittance slip.

The Turkmennebit State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission for the competitive (tender) selection of suppliers (contractors) of goods, work and services for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, extends the deadline for submitting tender proposals for open tender No. 208 until October 23, 2026.

Lot No. 3 – “Electrical machinery, geophysical, inspection and measuring equipment, communication facilities and construction materials”.

To participate in the tender, you are invited to do the following: 1. To submit a written application to the e-mail: KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the Director of the Branch about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and certified by a seal, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications will not be accepted); 2. The technical assignment will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application; 3. The tender proposal must be submitted as electronic files in PDF format, with duplicates in Excel format, archived in RAR format. Files must be protected with a password of at least 8 characters. 4. The tender proposal must be submitted within 25 (twenty-five) working days from the date of official publication in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm, not later than 06:00 p.m. local time on the 25th working day. Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be accepted.
