Recently, drillers of the Marynebitgazgözleg expedition of the Turkmengeologiýa State Corporation received an industrially significant flow of natural gas from the 285th production gas well at the Galkynyş gas field. The expedition’s gas workers worked hard and persistently to drill this gas well, the depth of which was 4,452 meters. The drillers received an industrially significant flow of “blue fuel” as a result of perforating and blasting operations carried out at 162 meters of the productive formation of the well. This gratifying achievement is the result of several months of joint and cohesive work of the drillers of this enterprise. According to experts’ calculations, the flow rate of the well is more than two million cubic meters of natural gas a day.
This work was carried out by Turkmen specialists. In addition to experienced drillers, young gas workers also played a major role in achieving this labor success.
