Our country has about 10 percent of the world’s proven oil resources, which undoubtedly causes a feeling of immense pride in every Turkmen citizen. The use of this incalculable wealth of the Turkmen land in the interests of our people is one of the priorities of the state policy of the President of Turkmenistan. This is vividly evidenced by the great work carried out at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries of the Türkmennebit State Concern, which is the flagship of the fuel and energy sector of the national economy.

The labor collectives of the drilling directorates of the Türkmennebit State Concern make a worthy contribution to the implementation of large-scale projects in the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan. Drillers carry out painstaking work on the drilling of new wells for various purposes in oil and gas fields, their industrial development and increase in the production of hydrocarbons. This is also confirmed by a powerful oil gusher obtained on April 20 of this year from drilled new well No. 392 of the Goturdepe Drilling Directorate.

We recently visited the Marygazüpjünçilik Directorate, where we talked with its leaders. They presented the Şatlykşähergaz branch of the Sakarçägeetrapgaz Velayat Organization of Gas Facilities as one of the leading teams with efficient labor organization in accordance with the requirements of the modern era.

Gas workers of the Daşoguzşähergaz Organization of Gas Facilities of the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate achieve great results in providing natural gas consumers of the velayat center with valuable “blue fuel”. The united team of the Gas Organization, which marks every month of the year “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar” with success, monitors the uninterrupted operation of more than five hundred and fifty kilometers of gas pipelines of various pressure and gas distribution and control devices on the territory of Dashoguz, located on the bank of the Shabad River.

The gas workers of the Marygazçykaryş Directorate, one of the major production structures of the Türkmengaz State Concern, make a worthy contribution to the implementation of the important tasks set by the President to modernize the oil and gas industry, which is the flagship of the national economy, to increase the production of hydrocarbon raw materials and to uninterruptedly supply them to consumers. In this, a considerable merit is given to the employees of the services of the Directorate.

Every month of this year, 2023, which is being held under the motto “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”, is marked by bright events and grandiose achievements in the field of socioeconomic accomplishments. Specialists of the Lebapnebitgazgözleg Expedition of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation make great efforts to glorify the significant year with new labor achievements.

Specialists of the production divisions of the Türkmennebit State Concern successfully cope with the tasks of the effective industrial development of deposits rich in hydrocarbon raw materials. The enterprises of the Concern are implementing plans to increase the production of “black gold” and “blue fuel”, developed by Turkmen scientists, geologists and process engineers and based on the latest achievements of modern science and world experience.

Through the efforts of the employees of the Gündogargazakdyryş Directorate, which is the largest advanced production unit of the Türkmengazakdyryş Association, in order to ensure the round-the-clock provision of the population of the Mary and Lebap velayats, as well as organizations and enterprises located on their territory, the uninterrupted supply of “blue fuel” through high-pressure gas pipelines has been established.

The gas workers of the Çöllük Production Enterprise of the Daşoguzgazakdyryş Directorate, located along the Döwletabad–Derýalyk gas pipeline, successfully completed the first quarter of the current year.

Employees of the Housing and Communal Office of the Marygazçykaryş Directorate carry out program work to provide the population of the town of Shatlyk, Mary velayat, with comfortable social and living conditions.

The Körpeje Gas Production Directorate of the Nebitgazçykaryş Trust of the Turkmennebit State Concern takes a worthy place among the leaders of the production structures of the Concern. For two months of 2023, which is being held under the motto “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”, the volume of “blue fuel” extracted from the wells operated by the Directorate amounted to about 513 million cubic meters, respectively, the plan was fulfilled by 114 percent. At the same time, the volume of “blue fuel” produced in excess of the established plan reached 62.8 million cubic meters.

It is not accidental that the names of the members of this labor collective are listed among the pace-makers not only in the Lebapnebitgazgözleg Expedition, but also at the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation. This publication will focus on the activities of a team of drillers under the guidance of an experienced professional in their field.

Along with production structures, a significant contribution to the successful fulfillment of the planned obligations of the gas workers of the Marygazçykaryş Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern is also made by the collectives of water and heat supply enterprises of the social management organization. One of them is the Hanhowuz water treatment plant.

As a result of the work carried out by the specialists of the drilling teams of the Türkmengazburawlaýyş Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern, an industrial inflow of natural gas was received at the operational and appraisal well No. 01 of the Ýylan gas field, located on the territory of the Mary velayat.

The Gumdagnebit Oil and Gas Production Directorate of the Türkmennebit State Concern in January-February 2023, held under the motto “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”, ensured the production of about 91 thousand tons of oil from operating wells. At the same time, the plan for the reporting period was fulfilled by 112 percent. Compared to the same period of the past year, the achieved growth rate exceeded 124 percent.
