Under the wise leadership of the esteemed President, large-scale modern transformations are underway in the oil and gas sector, as in all other sectors of the national economy of our independent country. The teams of various enterprises of the Türkmennebit State Concern, operating in the Balkan velayat and representing the key production structures of this complex, are currently celebrating the year, which is being held under the motto: “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” with significant labor victories. In this context, the work, being carried out at the Repair and Mechanical Plant of the Concern’s Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust in the city of Balkanabat in preparation for the glorious 35th anniversary of sacred Independence, is particularly effective.
The fact that the plant’s oil and gas and drilling equipment overhaul, boiler and steam, mechanical, foundry and rubber production shops house over 100 different types of equipment vividly demonstrates the enterprise’s broad service area. It is clear that at facilities equipped with such advanced machines and tools, the mentoring tradition is well-established. It is worth noting that a significant portion of the enterprise’s workforce consists of young people. This fact confirms the deep respect the plant holds for its experienced mentors. Mentors, in turn, strive to ensure that their young apprentices develop into highly skilled professionals.
