The Turkmen leader and the Malaysian Prime Minister, praising the Malaysian company's contribution to the modernization of Turkmenistan's fuel and energy sector, emphasized that the accumulated experience serves as a solid foundation for the further expansion of industrial cooperation.

Our country's oil and gas sector was represented at the exhibition by pavilions of the State Concerns Turkmengas and Turkmennebit, the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, the Seydi Oil Refinery, and the State Corporation Türkmengeologiýa. These pavilions showcased the achievements of the country's oil and gas industry and the work being done to develop it.

Following the tour of the exhibition, a signing ceremony for bilateral documents was held with the participation of the President of Turkmenistan and the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

As the head of Turkmenistan emphasized, as a result of the agreements reached today, the legal framework for the partnership has been further strengthened, thereby marking a new, large-scale, and meaningful stage in Turkmen-Malaysian cooperation in this area.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the momentum of bilateral cooperation will continue to grow thanks to the commencement of joint work on developing offshore blocks 19 and 20 in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea with the participation of Petronas, as well as 2D seismic exploration at offshore blocks 11, 12, 13, and 14.
